All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping costs, or other fees unless stated otherwise.

We accept major credit cards and debit cards where available through secure payment processors. We do not accept cash, checks, or cash on delivery.

In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or receive a refund.

Shipping details, rates, delivery timeframes, service areas, and restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Processing and delivery may be affected by carrier performance, weather, holidays, inventory checks, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Additional costs may apply if a package must be reshipped because of customer-provided address errors.

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used items may be subject to a restocking fee depending on condition.

Refurbcraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

If unresolved, disputes may proceed through the formal dispute process available under applicable law. Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action where permitted.

By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from Refurbcraft, including order confirmations, shipping notices, account updates, and administrative messages.

You may opt out of promotional emails, but you may not opt out of transactional or administrative emails related to orders or account activity.
