Pricing and Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate pricing information for refurbished printer products. Pricing errors may occasionally occur.

- Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated separately during checkout.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Sale prices and promotional discounts are valid only for the specified promotion period and are subject to availability.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
Order Acceptance
When you place an order with Refurbcraft, you are making an offer to purchase refurbished printer products from us. Your order is subject to acceptance.

After placing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

Order Limits
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, same credit card, or same billing and/or shipping address.
We will notify you if such limits apply to your order.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the tax rules that apply to the transaction at the time of purchase.
We collect sales tax where required by law.
If you are a tax-exempt organization, contact us with your tax-exempt certificate before placing your order so we can review your exemption.
We currently only ship within the United States, so international duties, tariffs, or import taxes do not apply.
Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly for fast delivery. If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet shipped.
After Shipping
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
For approved cancellations, refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days. Timing may vary by payment provider and bank.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary based on payment verification, address validation, and fulfillment schedules.
Product Availability
We work to keep refurbished printer availability accurate, but availability may change due to demand, fulfillment updates, and inventory adjustments.
“In Stock” means the item is expected to be available at the time of purchase, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is processed and confirmed for shipment.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or, with your approval, a comparable substitute.
We do not accept backorders. All products must be in stock at the time of purchase.
