We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
We strive to provide accurate pricing information for refurbished printer products. Pricing errors may occasionally occur.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
When you place an order with Refurbcraft, you are making an offer to purchase refurbished printer products from us. Your order is subject to acceptance.
After placing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
We verify payment authorization, refurbished printer availability, and shipping address accuracy before fulfillment.
Your order is accepted when your product ships and a shipping confirmation email is sent.
We may refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, same credit card, or same billing and/or shipping address.

We currently only ship within the United States, so international duties, tariffs, or import taxes do not apply.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet shipped.

“In Stock” means the item is expected to be available at the time of purchase, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is processed and confirmed for shipment.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or, with your approval, a comparable substitute.
We do not accept backorders. All products must be in stock at the time of purchase.
